I am to forward you herewith for information.
a circular telegram in Chinese issued by the Chamber of Commerce, Canton, protesting against the joining of rail between Canton-Kowloon Railway and the Yueh-han Railway as it would make Canton a non-stopping point with all its imported goods directly shipped to interior points of the
North River.
